Mobile Crusher Post-Manufacturing Test

The post-manufacturing test of the mobile crusher was recorded in this video while being carried out in the factory yard. Before the unit is shipped to the customer's site, it is tried out on its own chassis and running with no load.

The test steps are seen in order in the shot: the support legs are lowered, the belts are unfolded, the hydraulic unit is put into operation and the system is started from the electrical panel. The rotor reaching its running speed, the vibration amplitude of the feeder, the belt tensions and the balance of the screen movement are monitored; while the inspection team checks vibration and heating on the body, the lubrication points are also inspected one by one.

The field equivalent of this stage is that the surprises which would be experienced on erection day are finished off at the factory. An unbalanced rotor, a misaligned belt or a loose connection is corrected while the workshop facilities are close at hand, not during assembly. Thus, when the plant arrives on site the commissioning time is shortened and the first production can be obtained the same day.

For units that pass the test to maintain the same performance in the field as well, regular maintenance and the tracking of wear parts become decisive.
