We Completed the Installation of the General 03 Mobile Crusher Plant

The footage shows the General 03 mobile crusher plant in its condition after assembly was completed. The plant is unfolded in the factory yard; the belt line running from one end of the chassis to the other can be followed in the same frame.

In the recording the connection points between the hopper, the vibrating feeder, the impact crusher and the screen decks are seen in order. The path of the material descending from the screen onto the return belt and the discharge directions of the product belts become clear as the camera passes along the side of the plant.

The return belt sends the coarse material that cannot pass the screen back to the crusher, ensuring that the desired grain size stays stable. It is at exactly this point that correct assembly shows itself: when the belt angles and transfer points are out of alignment, material spills and the line stops constantly.
