Key Parquet (Paving) Stone Recycling Facility in Tekirdağ

This recording from Tekirdağ shows dismantled interlocking pavers and pavement stones being processed on the recycling line. The loader tips the broken pavers into the hopper and the feeder tray advances the mixed-size material steadily towards the crusher mouth.

At the crusher outlet you can watch the concrete pieces lose their sharp corners and turn into increasingly homogeneous material on the conveyor. The screen decks separate the output according to its class of use; the fine fraction is collected as fill and the coarse fraction as sub-base material in separate cones.
