Hakkari 350 t/h Crushing Plant: Site Layout Shaped by the Terrain

The recording shows the 350 T/S capacity crushing plant manufactured for Hakkari together with its layout on site. The camera walks from the feed end of the line all the way to the stockpile cones and reveals how the plant has been positioned according to the slope of the terrain.

The height of the steel construction, the conveyor angles and the stairways rising to the screen platforms appear in detail on screen. The alignment of the primary crusher with the hopper allows the material to be fed by free fall; the inclination of the belt going to the secondary unit shows how the transport speed has been set.

The line as a whole is gathered into a single frame.

In high-altitude regions with difficult access, completing the manufacturing at the factory and assembling on site shortens the schedule considerably. The orderly platforms and walkways in the video are details designed so that the maintenance team can safely reach every point.

Installations of this scale are planned to produce at the same spot for many years. Those considering a permanent investment can evaluate the layout and capacity options on the stationary crushing plant page by comparing them with the example in the video.
