The high-capacity mobile crusher plant GENERAL 02 was filmed in this recording at an intense production pace. Starting from a wide angle, the camera moves in turn towards the hopper mouth, the screen decks and the growing stockpile cones.

The details that determine capacity stand out in the shot: thanks to the large hopper volume the excavator discharges without waiting, the grizzly feeder separates the fine material without letting it into the crusher, and the impact crusher processes only the part that really needs crushing. It is seen that the fractions separated on the screening surface are transferred to different cones by separate belts, and that the oversize is taken into the closed circuit by the return belt.

In the field this means that hourly production depends not only on crusher power but on the balance of the line. If pre-screening is not done, the fine material occupies the crushing chamber unnecessarily, wear part consumption increases and capacity falls.
