GNRM YE 1650 4K Mobile Washing and Screening Plant Installation Completed

The GNRM YE 1650 4K mobile washing and screening plant is seen as a whole for the first time in this recording with its installation completed; the screen, the washing units and the conveyors on the chassis are all settled into place.

The camera tours the four decks of the screen, the spray bars above the decks and the water lines hanging down the side in close-up. The washed material is seen separating between the decks and being directed to individual belts, with the fine material and the muddy water discharged through a separate channel. The belts being mounted to the chassis with folding connections also enters the frame.

The assembly arrangement directly determines transport.

On a mobile washing plant, having the belts and stairways foldable makes it possible to fit the unit within highway dimensions and open it up on site in a short time. The ready installation in the video shows that the plant was fully tested at the factory and shipped to the site in working condition; that shortens the commissioning time considerably.
