From Delivery to Production: General 02 Mobile Crushing Plant on Site

The General 02, one of our most requested mobile crushing and screening plants, has arrived at a domestic customer's site in Türkiye and started crushing and screening stone the moment it was handed over.

The secret behind going to work straight off the truck lies in the chassis. All of the General 02's equipment travels on a single chassis. Feeder, crusher, screen and conveyors are connected and tested at the factory, so there is no foundation to pour and no long assembly on site. That is how the investment starts paying back quickly.

At the heart of the plant is a GPS 1413 primary impact crusher, giving the line an output of 250-300 tons per hour. The largest stone the crusher accepts is 1000 mm, and screening is done on a four-deck screen measuring 2000×5000 mm.

The wide feed opening takes coarse run-of-mine rock just as it comes.

With no separate pre-crushing step needed, nothing piles up at the feeder and material flows directly into the crusher. A 660 kVA power unit makes the line independent of the grid.

In a closed-circuit set-up, oversize that cannot pass the screen is carried back to the crusher by conveyor, so off-spec material is reprocessed instead of ending up on the stockpile.
