34th Saudi Build 2024 in Saudi Arabia: Mobile and Stationary Batching Plant Options

Opening its doors for the 34th time this year, the Saudi Build 2024 International Building and Construction Fair gave us the chance to meet our visitors face to face in Saudi Arabia. On our stand we showcased mining machinery and concrete batching plants equipped with our own technology.

When batching plants come up, the first question is not capacity but how long the plant will stay in one place. A mobile concrete batching plant is mounted on a trailer or chassis, needs very little foundation work and produces 30-150 m³ of concrete per hour. Once the job is done, the plant simply moves on to the next project.

A stationary concrete batching plant sits on a permanent foundation and runs in the 55-150 m³/h range. This type is chosen for large projects that last for years and for ready-mix facilities.

Model names follow the same ordering logic in both families.

The range starts with the Diamond 60, which produces 55-60 m³ with a pan mixer. The Titan 100 moves up to a twin-shaft mixer, and the Magnum 120 and Royal 150 keep growing within the same twin-shaft design. Compacted concrete volume increases from 1 m³ to 4 m³, while dry volume climbs from 1.5 m³ to 6 m³. A four-compartment aggregate bin, weighing on separate load cells and full PLC automation are standard on every model.
