Joining The Big 5 Construct Ethiopia in Addis Ababa, May 2023

We are taking our place at The Big 5 Construct Ethiopia, the construction, construction machinery and infrastructure fair that will be held in Ethiopia on 18, 19 and 20 May 2023. The fair will welcome its visitors at the Millennium Hall Conference Centre in Addis Ababa.

The line we are exhibiting at our stand is the set-up most in demand from East Africa: a crushing and screening plant that needs no concrete foundation on site, can be transported in a single piece and produces its own energy.

Behind this preference lie the region's infrastructure conditions.

In quarries that the power grid does not reach, supplying the power unit together with the plant, rather than treating a generator as a separate investment item, shortens the time it takes to start production. Not having to wait for a foundation to be poured serves the same end.

At the fair we are also introducing our concrete batching plants. Because a mobile batching plant can be moved to another site when the job is finished, it stands out on fixed-term infrastructure projects such as those in Ethiopia, while operations planning a permanent installation turn to the stationary plant option.
