Transportation of Mobile Tertiary Crusher G-MTK 130

Our G-MTK 130 closed-circuit mobile machine with tertiary crusher is on its way to the Adana site. We wish our customer good luck with it.

Demand for concrete in and around Adana stays high all year, which pushes the required product from coarse towards fine. That demand pattern is usually the reason a tertiary stage is added at the end of the line.

The closed circuit changes two things on site.

Oversize material retained on the screen does not go to the stockpile; a conveyor returns it to the crusher, so neither a second machine nor extra staff is needed for separation. Second, the produced fraction becomes more consistent — since the line reprocesses its own output, the size distribution narrows.

Being mobile means the line is not tied to a single quarry: when demand moves to another site, the unit is towed away without being dismantled. The model table and capacity ranges on the tertiary crusher side are on the product page.
