Built for an Adana Jobsite: G-MTK 130 Mobile Tertiary Crusher Dispatched

Our G-MTK 130 mobile machine, fitted with a closed-circuit tertiary crusher, has set off for the jobsite in Adana where it will work. We wish our customer every success with it.

Concrete demand in the region stays high regardless of the season. That pulls the product expected from quarries away from coarse fractions and towards fine material, and this demand pattern is usually what lies behind adding a tertiary stage as the last link of a line.

Working in closed circuit brings two concrete benefits on site.

The first is that oversize grains which fail to pass the screen do not pile up in the stockyard: a conveyor sends this material straight back to the crusher, so no extra machine and no additional staff are needed to sort it. The second is product quality: because the line reprocesses its own output, the grain size distribution narrows and the resulting fraction is more consistent.
