G-MTK65 Mobile Tertiary Crusher Shipped: Adding Sand Output to an Existing Line

We keep widening our product range in line with requests from quarry operators, and mobile tertiary crushers are one of the standout parts of that range. Most recently we completed the shipment of the G-MTK65 mobile tertiary crusher.

The main purpose of making the tertiary stage mobile is to start producing sand without touching the other sections of the line. The unit is connected to the outlet of a primary-secondary line already running on site, and when the need disappears it can be towed to another site without having to be dismantled.

This allows the investment to be made step by step.

In the first phase the operation sets up the crushing and screening line, and when demand for sand arises it brings the tertiary stage online. Growing with demand, rather than installing all the equipment in one go at the start, is a route often chosen in newly opened quarries in particular.

The size of the tertiary stage to be added is decided by looking at the secondary outlet of the existing line: the unit's size is chosen according to how much fraction builds up on the screen.
