We have dispatched the Titan 100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant, built to international transport standards, for delivery to our customer in Algeria. The M-Titan 100 was designed as a mobile unit to produce quality, reliable ready-mixed concrete wherever it is required.

The M-Titan 100 is the body in the mobile concrete batching plant family that delivers 100 m³/h with a twin-shaft mixer. The family spans the 30-150 m³/h range; because it is mounted on a trailer or chassis, it requires minimal foundation work.

The mixer type defines the character of the plant.

A twin-shaft mixer gives short mixing times at high capacity, while a pan mixer is preferred for smaller batches. The family works in the 0.5-4.5 m³ compacted concrete range and uses motors between 18 kW and 2×90 kW.

On the wear side, the paddles are Hardox and the liners Ni-Hard or Hardox; the abrasiveness of the mix is met with these materials. In overseas shipment, sizing the plant to transport standards directly affects installation time at the destination.
