Twin-Shaft M-Titan 100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant on Its Way to Algeria

The Titan 100 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant, sized to international transport standards, is on its way for delivery to our customer in Algeria. The M-Titan 100 was designed as a mobile unit so that it can produce quality, reliable ready-mixed concrete on any site where it is needed.

Within our mobile concrete batching plant family, the M-Titan 100 is the model that produces 100 m³ of concrete per hour with its twin-shaft mixer. The family covers the 30-150 m³/h range; because the plants are mounted on a trailer or chassis, very little foundation work is needed on site.

The mixer type shapes the character of a batching plant more than anything else.

A twin-shaft mixer completes the mix in a short time at high capacity, while a pan mixer comes to the fore for smaller batches. The mixer family works in the 0.5-4.5 m³ compacted concrete range and is fitted with motors from 18 kW up to 2×90 kW.

Against wear, Hardox is used for the paddles and Ni-Hard or Hardox for the liners; these materials handle the abrasive effect of concrete. For overseas shipments, designing the plant to dimensions that meet transport standards directly affects how long installation takes at the destination.
