60 m³/h Diamond 60 Mobile Concrete Plant on Its Way to Bulgaria

The Diamond 60 mobile concrete batching plant prepared for our customer in Bulgaria has left the factory. It is the smallest model in the family of mobile plants we manufacture, and this unit is brand new, built in 2025.

The Diamond 60 delivers 60 m³ of ready-mixed concrete per hour. It is equipped with a pan mixer, while the larger models of the range, Titan 100, Magnum 120 and Royal 150, use twin-shaft mixers.

The mixer type largely tells you which jobs a plant suits. A pan mixer stands out for small batches and demanding recipes; at high output, a twin-shaft mixer completes each mix in a short cycle. Plants in the family work with 0.5 to 4.5 m³ of compacted concrete per batch, and motor ratings range from 18 kW to 2×90 kW.

On parts exposed to wear, the paddles are Hardox and the liners Ni-Hard or Hardox. Because the body is built onto a trailer, it needs very little foundation work. In project-driven markets such as Bulgaria, that means the plant can simply be moved on once a job is finished.
