Mobile 90 Jaw Crusher and Mobile Cone Crusher Commissioned in Russia

We have completed the set-up of the mobile 90 primary jaw crusher and mobile cone crusher that we supplied for stone crushing and screening on a site in Russia. Able to handle even very hard stone, the line has been built to meet international standards for quality and durability.

The line is made up of two groups. The primary group contains a vibrating feed hopper and the 90 jaw crusher; the secondary group combines a vibrating hopper feeder, a three-deck vibrating screen and the cone crusher. A generator can also be added to the system as an option.
Pairing a jaw crusher with a cone crusher is one of the most common arrangements for hard rock. Both machines break material by squeezing it: the jaw crusher applies pressure between two plates, while the cone crusher compresses the material from every side with a head that moves eccentrically inside the bowl liner.
Impact crushers are rarely chosen for this kind of material.
In abrasive rock such as granite, basalt and river stone, impact elements wear out quickly, whereas crushers working on the compression principle last much longer. The cone stage also produces cubical grains, so there is no need to add a separate stage just for particle shape.
Mounting both machines on mobile chassis lets the line move along with the quarry; on wide sites like those in Russia, the plant can be relocated as the reserve advances. Please contact us for other crushing and screening plants built with cone or vertical shaft crushers.
