Smopyc 2023 Exhibition Participation - Spain

We have taken our place at the 19th Smopyc International Construction and Mining Machinery Fair to be held in Zaragoza, Spain.

SMOPYC is organised by Feria de Zaragoza and takes place every three years. That interval matches the sector's innovation cycle: machinery manufacturers show the bodies they have developed between two editions here.

The part of the fair that concerns us is the aggregates and concrete section.

Crushing, screening and classifying equipment along with mineral processing plants are exhibited under that heading. There is also an open area reserved for earthmoving machinery and a live demonstration zone; that layout exists because heavy bodies do not fit into an indoor hall.

In the European market, discussions revolve around certification: CE scope, noise and dust figures, operator safety. These items have to be ready alongside the technical data; buyers often ask about the compliance file before they ask about capacity.
