We Are at the 19th Smopyc 2023 Construction and Mining Machinery Fair in Zaragoza, Spain

This time our route leads to Spain: we are present with our stand at the 19th Smopyc International Construction and Mining Machinery Fair, which opens its doors in Zaragoza.

Organised by Feria de Zaragoza, SMOPYC is staged once every three years. That cycle lines up with the pace of innovation in the sector: here machinery makers introduce visitors to the new machines they have developed since the previous edition.

For us, the key part of the fair is the aggregates and concrete area.

Crushing, screening and classifying equipment, as well as mineral processing plants, are displayed in this area. There is also an open-air space set aside for earthmoving machinery and a live demonstration section; the fair is planned this way because heavy machines cannot fit into indoor halls.

In talks on the European market, the conversation usually turns to certification: topics such as CE scope, noise and dust levels and operator safety carry as much weight as the technical data. Buyers frequently want to see the compliance file before they even ask about capacity.
