24. BATIMATEC INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION FAIR

We took our place at BATIMATEC, the building and construction fair held for the 24th time in Algeria this year. We look forward to meeting you at the fairground in Algiers.

The name BATIMATEC is an abbreviation of the French words BÂTIment, MATériaux de construction and Travaux publiCs. The event is organised jointly by Batimatec Expo, the SAFEX group and Algeria Exhibitions, and is held at the Palais des Expositions in Algiers, at Pins Maritimes.

It is held every year and its scope is broad.

Among topics ranging from structural work to installations, from construction chemicals to automation, the section that concerns us is building material production equipment: cement, brick, ceramic, gypsum and lime production plants are all covered here.

The common input of these plants is crushed and screened aggregate, and what we usually discuss at the fair is at what capacity we will supply the input of that production line.
