BATIMATEC 2022: Aggregate Solutions for Building Material Production in Algeria

Now in its 24th edition, BATIMATEC is Algeria's meeting point for the building and construction sector, and we were there with our own stand at the 2022 event. We look forward to welcoming you and talking face to face at the fairground in Algiers.

The name BATIMATEC is built from the opening syllables of three French terms: BÂTIment (building), MATériaux de construction (construction materials) and Travaux publiCs (public works). Batimatec Expo, the SAFEX group and Algeria Exhibitions organise the event together, and the venue is the Palais des Expositions in the Pins Maritimes district of Algiers.

The fair returns every year and covers a wide spectrum.

Out of the many topics on show, from shell construction and building services to construction chemicals and automation, the area that matters most to us is equipment for producing building materials. Plants serving cement, brick, ceramic, gypsum and lime factories are exhibited in this section.

Every one of these factories needs crushed and screened aggregate as its raw material. That is why the central question in the conversations at our stand is usually the same: at what capacity will we feed the material the production line requires?
