Mobile Washing and Screening Plant Export

Shipping preparations for the new-generation General MYE-2460 Mobile Washing and Screening Plant built for our customer in Croatia have been completed and the plant is on its way. The General MYE-2460 can deliver four different stockpile product sizes, and the plant capacity is 300 tonnes / hour.

On washing lines bound for Europe, the question asked most often is water consumption. Most of the water circulated while the washing unit runs is recovered through settling; after the initial fill, the fresh water requirement drops to top-up level.

Stockpiling four fractions separately also concerns the sales side.

When the piles do not mix, the fraction guarantee given to the customer becomes measurable; on specification-bound jobs, that determines whether the material is accepted or not.

On the unit side, the screw washer has a 0-50 mm limit at the inlet, delivers 50-250 t/h at the outlet and leaves discharge moisture in the 15-30% band; with dewatering added, that figure drops to 8-20%. Production is carried out under ISO 9001 and the product carries the CE mark.
