Mobile Screening Plant - Denizli Metropolitan Municipality

Manufacture of the ME 2060 - 3 Mobile Screening Plant, commissioned by the State Supply Office for Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Water Works, has been completed and the unit has been despatched. With this plant, which draws its power from the 2060 - 3 deck screen adapted to a mobile system, you can produce at a capacity of 200 / 250 tonnes per hour.

In municipal water works the job of a screening plant differs from aggregate production. Material coming out of trench and transmission line excavations is classified so that it can be reused as fill.

This is an application that directly reduces haulage.

When excavated material is screened on site and suitable fractions are separated out, the need to bring in fill material from outside falls; the waste that comes out is also put to use in place rather than being hauled to a tip.

A three deck screen gives a separation that is sufficient for this work: coarse stone is taken out, the medium fraction suitable for fill is recovered, and fine material is collected separately.
