GNR 950 Installation Completed - Diyarbakır

We have completed the installation of the General 950 Mobile Crushing Plant in Diyarbakır; best wishes to our customer. Unlike standard mobile crushing plants, the GNR 950, a fully automatic new-generation stone crushing and screening plant, runs on hard and abrasive material with minimum spare-part consumption.

What makes this possible is the choice of crusher. The General 950 uses a GPJ 90 jaw crusher at the primary stage; because a jaw crushes by compression, it wears out more slowly than an impact body on abrasive material such as basalt, granite and iron ore. At the secondary stage the DMK01 impact crusher delivers the cubical product.

Tonnage is 120-180 t/h, the feed opening is 800 mm, and the screen is 1600×5000 mm with 3 decks.

On hard rock the calculation runs through parts cost.

A line working with a single impact body in the same quarry may deliver higher tonnage, but blow bar consumption pushes the cost per tonne up. The jaw primary plus impact secondary pairing is set up to keep that cost down.
