GNR 02 Mobile Turbo Crusher - Kazakhstan

The GNR 02 Mobile Crusher, one of our new generation portable stone crushing and screening plants, has been delivered to its owners in Kazakhstan. With its high reduction ratio, the GNR 02 Mobile Turbo Crusher can bring the stone and rock it crushes down to a size of 0,50 mm and even 0,25 mm.

The reduction ratio is the value obtained by dividing the crusher's feed size by its output size. The higher this ratio, the fewer stages are needed to reach the same result.

Sub-millimetre output is a special requirement.

Material of this fineness is wanted in manufactured sand, filler and industrial mineral applications; ordinary aggregate production has no need for an output this fine.

In countries such as Kazakhstan, where points of consumption are widely dispersed, a portable design is also a logistical advantage: the line travels to the region where the need is, rather than the material being hauled over long distances.
