GNR 02 Fully Automatic Mobile Crushing Plant Sets Off for Our Customer in Libya

The GNR 02, a member of our family of new-generation fully automatic mobile crushing plants, has left the factory for delivery to our customer operating in Libya.

On a mobile line the crusher, the feeder and the screen sit on the same chassis. When the work site changes there is no need to break the plant down into parts; the line is towed to its new location in one piece.

The fully automatic control system runs the units, above all the crusher and the feeder, in harmony with one another. The plant can be operated from the cabin and can also be controlled remotely.

For plants going abroad, the first thing customers usually ask about is the supply of spare parts.

We produce jaw plates, blow bars, mantle and concave cone liners, screen mesh, conveyor rollers and drums ourselves, from austenitic manganese steel and high-chrome castings. Wear parts are supplied from stock, with delivery ex-works or to site. Because they are compatible with other brands, they can also be used on machines from other manufacturers.

For operations where the quarry will be worked in the same place for many years, a stationary crushing plant gives a different result in terms of capacity and maintenance costs.
