GNR 02 Mobile Crusher Export - Libya

The GNR 02, one of our new-generation fully automatic mobile crushing plants, has set off for delivery to our customer in Libya.

The mobile line carries the crusher, the feeder and the screen on a single chassis. When the site changes, the plant is not dismantled; it is simply towed away as it stands.

Fully automatic control keeps units such as the crusher and the feeder running in sync; the plant can be managed from inside the cabin or remotely.

On export lines, the question that comes up most often is spare parts.

We manufacture jaw plates, blow bars, mantle and concave cone liners, screen mesh, conveyor rollers and drums from austenitic manganese steel and high-chrome castings. Wear parts are shipped from stock, ex-works or delivered to site, and cross-brand compatibility means they can also be fitted to another manufacturer's machine.

For operations whose quarry will stay in the same place for years, a stationary crushing plant produces a different calculation on the capacity and maintenance-cost side.
