Fixed Washing & Screening Plant - Serbia

Transport work has begun on the stationary washing and screening plant to be used in Serbia. The capacity of our stationary sand screening and washing plant here is 300 Tonnes / Hour.

The clearest difference between a stationary washing line and a mobile one lies in the water cycle. In a permanently installed plant the settling ponds are built permanently too; water is recovered and the need for fresh water drops markedly after the first fill.

In the 300 tonne band that cycle means serious volume.

Because washing units circulate a large quantity of water per hour, pond size and pump capacity are calculated together with the capacity of the line. When the pond is not sufficient, turbid water returns to the system and washing efficiency falls.

On the unit side, the screw washer works with a 0-50 mm feed and in the 50-250 tph range; the single GNR 500 body is 500x5000 mm and 4 kW, while the GNR 1000 draws 22 kW. Production runs under ISO 9001 and the product carries the CE mark.
