This system, containing a General Makina 130 mobile tertiary unit (sand machine), has set off for use in Palestine. Also known as portable sand production, the G-MTK 130 mobile tertiary is used in sand quarries and in projects that call for fine cubical material.

Making the tertiary stage portable makes it possible to move into sand production without changing the rest of the line. The unit is connected to the output of an existing primary-secondary line; when demand ends, the same unit is towed to another site.

Sand production answers a separate demand.

In regions where river sand is limited or requires a permit, manufactured sand becomes the only source. Producing the fine fraction called for by the concrete specification becomes possible by adding this stage to the end of the line.

In markets such as Palestine, where material supply depends on external conditions, this flexibility is especially valuable: the line makes it possible to produce sand on site instead of bringing it in from outside.
