A Mobile Sand Maker for Palestine: On-Site Manufactured Sand with the G-MTK 130

Our system built around the 130 mobile tertiary crusher, in other words the sand machine, is on its way to work at a site in Palestine. Also referred to as a portable sand production unit, the G-MTK 130 serves in sand quarries and in projects that demand fine, cubical grains.

Because the tertiary stage can be moved, sand production can begin without touching the other sections of the line. The unit is connected to the discharge of a primary-secondary line already running on site, and once the need is over, the same unit can be towed to another site.

Sand production meets a need that is separate from aggregate production.

In regions where river sand is scarce or its extraction requires a permit, manufactured sand becomes the only option. The fine fraction required by the concrete specification can only be obtained by adding this crushing stage at the end of the line.

In markets such as Palestine, where material supply depends on outside conditions, the value of this flexibility grows even further: the line makes it possible to produce sand on site instead of hauling it in from elsewhere.
