90 Crushing screening plant how many tons stone is break per hour?

Crushing and screening plants of the 90 size, which crush on average 100~200 tonnes per hour, give the following results in harder stone: a capacity of 150-180 tonnes/hour in limestone and 100-120 tonnes/hour in basalt.

The difference comes from the crushing resistance of the material. Limestone is relatively soft; material passing through the same crusher opening is reduced with less energy, so the hourly throughput comes out higher.

Basalt is demanding in two ways.

Because its hardness is high, crushing requires more energy, and because its abrasiveness is high, wear part consumption increases. As a result the same plant runs at a lower tonnage and maintenance intervals get shorter.

The third factor affecting capacity is the line itself: when an extra crusher and vibrating screen are added, the plant produces more fractions, but total throughput is limited by the slowest stage.
