350 t/h Stone Crushing Plant manufacturing was done for Hakkari

Our crushing plant with a capacity of 350 t/h has gone into operation in Hakkâri. The plant, delivered to Seyitoğlu İnşaat, is high in capacity and long-lasting.

A line in the 350 tonne band is not built with a single machine. The primary crusher takes the run-of-mine material from the quarry, the secondary stage reduces the fraction, the screen separates it and conveyors link every stage together. Capacity is set by the slowest stage, which is why the crusher, the screen area and the belt width are sized together.

Hakkâri is one of the sites with difficult logistics.

Distance from the centre means a longer wait when a breakdown occurs. On sites like this, stocking fast-wearing items such as jaw plates, blow bars and screen mesh on site becomes part of the installation plan.

For operations whose quarry will stay in the same spot for years, a stationary crushing plant is preferred; a line seated on a foundation runs more steadily at this tonnage and keeps maintenance costs down.
