The 350 t/h Crushing Plant We Built for Seyitoğlu İnşaat Is Running in Hakkâri

The 350 t/h crushing plant we installed in Hakkâri has started production. Built for Seyitoğlu İnşaat, the plant was designed not only for high capacity but also to remain in service for many years.

A line handling 350 tonnes per hour cannot be built around a single machine. The primary crusher receives run-of-mine rock from the quarry, the second stage brings the material down to smaller sizes, the screen splits it into fractions and conveyors tie all of these stages together. Because the slowest stage sets the real capacity of the line, the crusher, the screen area and the belt width are calculated together at the design stage.
Hakkâri is one of the more demanding sites in logistical terms.
Being far from city centres means waiting longer for parts when a breakdown occurs. On sites like this, keeping fast-wearing parts such as jaw plates, blow bars and screen mesh in stock next to the plant is built into the installation plan.
For projects where the quarry will be worked in the same place for many years, a stationary crushing plant comes to the fore; a line seated on concrete runs more evenly at this tonnage and keeps maintenance costs lower.
