100 t/h capacity mobile crusher for Saudi Arabia

Our company, running at full speed on crusher manufacturing, has shipped a GENERAL 640 mobile crusher to Saudi Arabia. The plant is currently at Duba Port in Saudi Arabia. It will reach the construction site shortly and be put into operation right away.

The General 640 combines a GPJ 60 jaw crusher and a GNR 50 impact crusher on the same chassis: 40-70 t/h capacity, 500 mm feed and closed-circuit operation. The jaw stage coarsely crushes hard and abrasive rock, while the impact stage delivers the cubical product.

The real difference is in transport.

The plant fits on a single truck and is ready to run within minutes on its hydraulic legs. For overseas shipment this simplifies container handling and customs; the machine travelling from port to site can be commissioned without waiting for an installation crew.

The next body up in the family is the General 800: it uses a primary impact crusher with 80-120 t/h capacity and 600 mm feed. The 640 leans on hard rock with its jaw-plus-impact pairing, while the 800 leans on limestone with a single primary impactor.
