Mobil 90 — Jaw Crushing, Washing & Screening Plant

The Mobil 90 is a 2025-model mobile plant that combines a jaw crusher, a washing vibrating screen and a twin fine-material screw washer on a single wheeled chassis. Its GPJ 90 jaw primary accepts feed up to 800 mm, and the plant crushes, washes and screens riverbed and clayey run-of-mine in one pass at 90-150 tph — with no need for a separate washing plant.

Working principle

• Feeding: a vibrating-feeder rock hopper delivers material to the GPJ 90 jaw.
• Crushing: the GPJ 90 jaw primary sizes blocks up to 800 mm.
• Washing & screening: a 1600×5000 mm 3/4-deck washing screen washes and splits the material into fractions.
• Sand recovery: a 600×6000 mm twin screw washer recovers the 0-5 mm sand without losing it to water.
• Chassis: a twin-tyred 3-axle wheeled chassis with full hydraulics and an automation panel.

Technical data

A secondary cone or impact crusher can be added ahead of the plant. Mesh apertures are set to order according to the material.

Where it is used

The Mobil 90 is designed for riverbed gravel, clayey run-of-mine and any ore that must be washed. The twin screw keeps the 0-5 mm fine sand out of the water, giving waste-free sand production. Where clay contamination makes clean aggregate impossible without washing, this plant solves on one chassis what dry mobile crushers cannot.

Most wheeled mobile crushers run dry; crushing + washing + screening usually needs separate plants. The Mobil 90 gathers all three functions on one chassis, removing the capital and setup cost of a second washing plant.
