The GNR-MVSI 900 is a wheeled mobile sand and shaping plant built around a VSI (vertical shaft impactor) tertiary crusher. At the same output as a fixed VSI, it makes 90-180 tph of cubic sand and fine aggregate. It accepts 50 mm feed, delivers 0-20 mm output and, at 850 kVA, is the group's highest power unit.

Shaping stage in operation

As a tertiary/shaping stage, the flow is simple:

  • Hopper + feeder: a vibrating sand-feeder hopper carries material to the VSI.
  • VSI 900 vertical shaft impactor: spins and impacts material to give it cubic shape (sand making).
  • 1600×5000 mm triple-deck screen: splits product into 0-3/3-5/5-12 mm fractions.
  • Conveyor + control panel: fractions are conveyed to separate stockpiles.

What it makes

The GNR-MVSI 900 makes manufactured sand, cubic fine aggregate and concrete/asphalt sand. It is a shaping stage added behind a primary/secondary plant, ideal for sites needing fine, cubic product with limited space. It removes the long installation of a fixed VSI and can be moved to any site.

It delivers the same output with portable, fast setup; it is positioned as a tertiary shaping stage, not a primary plant (feed max 50 mm).

Part of a larger line

General Makina supplies the crushing-screening-washing line and a concrete batching plant together from one source. The GNR-MVSI 900 can be engineered into that line with primary and secondary crushers and sand-washing units feeding it, so a single contact carries the responsibility and the spare-parts chain stays matched.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the GNR-MVSI 900 produce?

It produces manufactured sand and cubic fine aggregate, delivering cubic sand and concrete/asphalt sand in 0-3/3-5/5-12 mm fractions.

What is the feed size?

Maximum 50 mm. The GNR-MVSI 900 is a tertiary (shaping) stage added behind a primary/secondary plant; it is not fed oversize rock.

What is its capacity?

90-180 tph. That is the same output as a fixed VSI; the difference is that the mobile chassis makes it portable and quick to set up.

How does it differ from a fixed VSI?

Same output capacity, but instead of the long, foundation-based installation of a fixed VSI, the mobile chassis gives fast commissioning and portability to any site. The power unit is 850 kVA.

How do I get pricing and delivery?

Send General Makina your target capacity, feed material and required sand fractions; a project-specific configuration, price and delivery time are provided as a quotation.
