Mobile Cubicizer Crusher — GNR MK Series

The Mobile Cubicizer Crusher is a durable portable secondary rotor crusher used after the primary to make cubical product; it is essential for basalt plants. It accepts 0-350 mm feed, delivers 0-25 mm product and works at 45-250 t/h. As a portable single unit it sits in the post-primary stage.
Working principle
By a rotor impact/cubicizing principle it makes stones equal-sized (cubical); its function is shaping more than reduction, lowering the Flakiness Index. Its liners are Hardox 500 wear-resistant steel.

Material and application
It stands out for cubical aggregate in medium-abrasive basalt. In high free-quartz, very abrasive duty the liner life should be monitored; a compression cone is then an alternative. Cubical product adds value in concrete and asphalt; liner change intervals are planned with the Bond Ai.
Bridge to a full plant

Frequently Asked Questions
What is it for?
It makes cubical aggregate (good particle shape) and lowers the Flakiness Index.
Where is it used?
In the post-primary secondary stage, especially in basalt plants.
What are the liners?
Hardox 500 wear-resistant steel.
What is the product size?
0-350 mm feed, 0-25 mm final product.
How does it differ from a VSI?
The cubicizer is a rotor second-stage shaper; the VSI is a vertical-shaft sand maker.
