Stone Crushing Screening Plant General 01 Started Production in Bitlis

The General 01 stone crushing and screening plant that started production in Bitlis is shown in the recording as it was on its first commissioning day. The camera scans the line from the side, end to end, presenting all the units in order.

In the footage the material tipped into the feed hopper is seen passing through the grizzly feeder and then descending into the GPS 1210 impact crusher. The belt at the crusher outlet carries the material to the face with a stockpile volume of 180 cubic metres; the oversize returning from the screen decks is sent back to the crusher. This closed-circuit loop prevents grains of unwanted size from mixing into the stockpile.

The closed-circuit loop is clearly visible in the recording.

This way of working ties product quality to a standard. On single-pass lines the screen oversize is either separated by hand or sold at a low price; in closed circuit the same material is crushed again and turned into a saleable fraction. In the end the whole tonnage coming out of the quarry is put to use.
