Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant in Serbia - 2

The second part of the stationary crushing and screening plant erected in Serbia is filmed in this recording while in production. After showing the site as a whole, the camera approaches the crusher tower and the screen platforms.

Details specific to an overseas installation stand out in the shot: the stages seated on the steel structure, the concrete bases, the service stairs and the platform handrails are all complete. The material descends from the hopper to the feeder and from there to the primary crusher; the intermediate belt carries it to the secondary unit, and the fractions separated by the screen decks are discharged into separate cones. The positioning of the control cabin and the electrical panels relative to the line is also seen.

The installation was completed with on-site assembly and commissioning.

The meaning of this site is that a permanent plant is designed for long-term production. On stationary lines the stages sit on a concrete foundation, so vibration is damped better and larger screening surfaces and longer belts can be used. In return, the choice of site is an irreversible decision; the quarry reserve, the truck route and the power infrastructure must be planned correctly from the start.
