Challenge
A 300 t/h fixed crushing and screening plant supplying aggregate to asphalt, ready-mix and highway projects was needed in Manisa.
Solution
GNR PDK01 primary impact crusher for primary crushing, GNR 100 tertiary crusher in the final stage, plus screening groups.
Result
The plant was commissioned in Manisa and processes hard limestone and mineral material.
We keep installing stationary crushing and screening lines at quarries in the Aegean region and across Türkiye. One of them is in Manisa. This 300 t/h stationary plant, which we assembled and started up, was configured to meet the aggregate demand of nearby asphalt, ready-mix concrete and highway projects.
300 Tonnes per Hour and a GNR 100 Tertiary Crusher
In a line that produces steadily at 300 tonnes per hour, the first job falls to the GNR PDK01 primary impact crusher, which quickly reduces the coarse material coming from the quarry. In the final stage, the GNR 100 tertiary crusher brings the stone down to the required sizes and gives it a cubical form.
