What Does a Mechanical Stabilization Plant Do? Stationary and Mobile Models, Capacities

The mechanical material laid in the lower layers of roads is prepared in mechanical stabilization plants. The material produced by these plants can be used in every type of road construction, and it is also used to build airport runways.

As the need for transport grows, motorway networks keep expanding. In these road projects, the mechanical stabilization plant that prepares the stabilized mix has become one of the essential pieces of equipment on site.

The plant is made up of main units such as a control cabin, a feed hopper and a mixer. Its low cost and high efficiency place it among the product groups our customers choose most often.

We have been manufacturing stationary and mobile mechanical stabilization plants since 1976, that is, for more than 50 years. Our customers can decide on one of these two options according to the structure their project requires:

Mobile mechanical stabilization plant: 300-400 t/h
