There was great interest to company General Makina in the KOMATEK

As General Makina Stone Crushing and Screening Plants, we exhibited our plants built with the latest technology at the KOMATEK Fair, which brings together the leaders of the sector and their customers.

KOMATEK is organised by SADA Uzmanlık Fuarcılık, with İMDER as the strategic partner of the fair. The event is held every two years and, from the 2024 edition onwards, moved from Ankara to the Istanbul Fair Centre.

Crushing and screening plants are the sixth item on that list; asphalt and concrete plants along with mining and tunnelling machinery are on the same list. The visitor profile therefore consists of quarry operators, contractors and machinery rental companies.

The question asked most often at our stand was how long it takes for a line to start producing on site; mobile plants shorten that time because they need no foundation, while stationary plants run at lower maintenance cost in long-life quarries.
