Transport of the crushing and screening plant to be erected in Muğla is continuing. It has been designed to crush 250 tons of basalt per hour. All equipment used in our plant is of high quality and covered by warranty.

At this scale, transport counts as the first stage of erection. The crusher body, the screen and the conveyors travel on separate vehicles; since the order of arrival determines the order of assembly, the loading plan is made according to the erection schedule.

For basalt the design differs from the outset.

Because the material is highly abrasive, the wear surfaces, liner thicknesses and crusher type are selected accordingly. While the same tonnage can be met with a lighter line in limestone, in basalt the body gets heavier.

In regions such as Muğla where the quarry has a long life, this weight is not a problem; a line seated on a foundation is built to work at the same point for years.
