TECHNOBUILD 2025 Syria: Meeting Visitors at the Building, Construction and Infrastructure Fair

At the International Building, Construction and Infrastructure Fair held in Syria, we had the opportunity to meet our visitors in person. At the fair we presented the stone crushing, screening and washing plants and the concrete batching plants that we export to many countries around the world.

TechnoBUILD is organised by Tayara International Exhibitions, founded in Damascus in 1994. The event takes place at the Damascus Fairgrounds under the same roof as the Syria Energy and SINEX fairs, in a three-fair format.

When a country enters a period of reconstruction, the order in which materials are needed changes too.

In the first phase, fill and sub-base material is required; concrete aggregate follows, and the fine fraction and manufactured sand are requested last. Knowing this order when a line is being set up makes it easier to decide which stage should be started first.

The importance of the washing stage also grows in this period. When demolition waste and mixed material are processed, the clay and dust content rises, and aggregate destined for concrete has to be cleaned of these impurities.
