Special Design Spiral Manufacturing

Our newly designed special screw washing system, which works flawlessly in mobile screening and washing plants, is ready for Palestine. This system was designed to meet the need for a high washing speed, to separate the sand inside the screw from the water and push it towards the upper discharge, and to drain the muddy water at the bottom.

The job of the screw is a two-way separation. As the spiral turns, the sand moves up while the water loaded with clay and silt moves down; during scrubbing, soil bonded to the grain surface is also stripped off mechanically.

The result is measured by discharge moisture.

On a standard screw washer the discharge moisture stays in the 15-30% band; when dewatering is added to the line it drops to 8-20%. The drier the sand comes out, the shorter its waiting time in the stockpile area.

Body dimensions determine capacity: the single GNR 500 body is 500×5000 mm and 4 kW, the GNR 800 body is 800×8000 mm and 11 kW, while the GNR 1000 draws 22 kW. The family produces 50-250 t/h; the coarsest piece it accepts is 0-50 mm.
