Production and shipment of crushing plants for our customers in Türkiye and abroad continue without a break. Designing every line for its own site means that a mass-production mindset does not apply here. Two plants with the same target tonnage can be built with completely different equipment if the rock type differs.

The first step of the design is a quarry analysis.

Once the hardness, abrasiveness and moisture content of the material and the size distribution of the run-of-quarry feed are clear, the crusher type, feed opening, screen area and conveyor throughput are calculated together.

That is also why the shipping schedule is built order by order: each plant manufactured at the same time has its own configuration, so the production plan takes shape around the line itself. After the contract is signed, our support team stays at our customers' side.
