We Have Completed the Libya International Industries Fair

We have completed the International Industries fair held in the city of Benghazi, Libya. Alongside the crushing plants we manufacture, we also presented our fully automatic concrete batching plants.

In a concrete batching plant, automation is not decoration but a specification matter. The control system runs the dosing of aggregate, cement, water and admixture according to the recipe; the batching plant and the crushing line can work in sync from the same panel, and management can be handled from inside the cabin or remotely.

The second decisive item for the plant is cement storage. On the cement silo side, a bolted body can be dismantled and fits into a container, which makes it preferable for overseas shipment; a welded one-piece body is preferred over short distances.

The crushing side follows a separate calculation.

On sites with long-life quarries a stationary crushing plant is installed; aggregate production is sized according to the demand of the batching plant. In operations that build both lines on the same site, the aggregate stock is planned jointly.
