General 02 Mobile Crusher Shipment

The GNR 02 automatic mobile crushing plant, able to crush and screen limestone at 180 – 250 tonnes per hour, has been dispatched to our customer in Balıkesir. Congratulations once again to our customer.

What makes the 180-250 tonne band possible is the width of the feed opening. General 02 accepts run-of-mine material up to 1000 mm — the widest opening in the family. Coarse pieces of feed material enter the crusher directly without pre-crushing, so the line does not choke on the feed side.

Its screen is 2000×5000 mm with four decks. The number of decks determines how many fractions can be separated in a single pass; four decks produce most of the fractions demanded on a limestone line from one screen.

On limestone this tonnage is comfortable.

Because the material has low abrasiveness, the GPS 1413 primary impact crusher works without strain and blow bar life is longer than on a hard rock line. The 660 kVA power unit also allows the line to run independently of the grid.
