General 01 Stone Crushing and Screening System exceeds the capacity

Our General 01 mobile stone crushing and screening system, which continues production in Van, has reached a capacity of 175 t/h. Our General 01 mobile stone crushing and screening system provides high vibration with 2 vibro motors, which ensures trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance.

175 tons corresponds to the upper end of the General 01's 120-180 t/h band. Reaching the top of the band is a matter of the screen rather than the crusher: however much the crusher feeds, when the screen area cannot separate the material the line backs up in front of the screen.

This is where the vibro motor plays its part.

The more regular the vibration on the screen, the faster the material travels across the surface and the less the apertures blind. Because a two-vibro-motor arrangement contains fewer mechanical parts than a single eccentric drive, the maintenance items are also fewer.

At the core of the line is the GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher; it combines the primary and secondary stages in a single body and works with a 700 mm feed limit.
