General 01 On Its Way to Russia

The General 01 has been dispatched to serve in the city of Yekaterinburg, Russia. We wish our customer well with the GNR 01, which will carry out limestone crushing, screening and stockpiling at a capacity of 120 – 150 tonnes / hour.

On a limestone line, 120-150 tonnes sits comfortably within the 120-180 t/h band of the General 01. Because the material has low abrasiveness the crusher is not strained, and wear part consumption stays below that of a hard rock line.

The third job of the line is stockpiling.

It is talked about less than crushing and screening, but when the stock conveyors do not carry the fractions to separate piles, the material mixes during loading. Separate piles are the precondition for being able to guarantee a fraction at the point of sale.

The plant works with the GPS 1210 triple-pendulum impact crusher, has a feed opening of 700 mm and combines the primary and secondary stages in a single body; a touch panel and soft starter come as standard equipment.
