Fixed Crushing and Screening Plant with a capacity of 400 Tons per Hour

Transport work continues for the stationary crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 400 / 500 tons per hour to be erected in Macedonia. Alongside stationary and mobile crusher plants, we continue to build plants worldwide with our concrete batching plant production as well.

The 400-500 ton band is a threshold that changes the scale in crushing and screening plants. At this tonnage the parts of the line do not simply grow one by one; the number of stages and the conveyor layout are designed differently from the start.

At this scale transport is a separate item of work as well.

Because the screen body and the crusher chassis are carried in one piece, the vehicle selection, the route and the crane capacity at the destination are planned in advance. The loading order is also set according to the assembly order.

A stationary installation is preferred at this tonnage because moving the line is out of the question: in a quarry whose reserve spans many years, the investment is built on continuity rather than on mobility.
