Export to Bosnia and Herzegovina: a Two-Chamber DMK Impact Crusher for Sarajevo

The DMK impact crusher we built for our customer in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has left the factory on its export journey. Designed for medium-hard and hard stone, these crushers have two crushing chambers and all their internal surfaces are lined with manganese. They work on lines processing limestone, dolomite and granite.

With two separate chambers, the material is struck twice inside the crusher. In the first chamber the stone is reduced coarsely; in the second, the grain shape is refined. A single pass therefore delivers both size reduction and a cubical product.

The manganese liners carry the burden of wear.

Austenitic manganese steel is an alloy whose surface hardens the more it is struck, giving the crusher body a long life on abrasive stone. Because the liners can be removed and refitted, there is no need to dismantle the body during maintenance, so installation and servicing are straightforward.

For plants that want coarse crushing and a secondary product from the same machine, the GPS series fits: 100-400 t/h capacity, 600-1000 mm feed size and 160-315 kW. Where larger material arrives from the quarry, the GNR PDK series accepts lumps of 900-1300 mm and produces 250-900 t/h.
