DMK Impact Crusher Export to Sarajevo

Manufacturing of the DMK impact crusher for use in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been completed and its export has begun. Impact crushers for medium and high hardness materials are built with two crushing chambers and with all surfaces lined in manganese; they are used on limestone, dolomite and granite lines.

The two crushing chambers make the material take an impact twice inside the body. Coarse reduction takes place in the first chamber and the particle is shaped in the second; both reduction and cubicity are obtained in a single pass.

The manganese lining absorbs the wear.

Austenitic manganese steel is a material that work-hardens at the surface under impact; on abrasive stone it extends the life of the body. Because the liners are replaceable, maintenance can also be carried out without dismantling the body.

For lines that want coarse crushing and the secondary product from a single machine there is the GPS series: 100–400 t/h capacity, 600–1000 mm feed, 160–315 kW. On sites where coarser run-of-mine material arrives, the GNR PDK series takes lumps of 900– up to 1300 mm into its opening and delivers 250–900 t/h.
