Crushing and screening plant dust reduction system

During the break 1 ton of material its consumes 2 liters water which works with the help of water and air, the dust reduction system. No chemical substances are used in the system absolutely. The system has a booster compressor control panel and nozzles fed by air lines which feeding by the water of the distributor block in the panel. The control panel is remote. The Nozzles which placed trucks pouring, jaw crusher screen and pouring the stock, they can works at the same time or independently.

The dust reduction system of Crushing and Screening plants uses Nozzles which special designed for breaking down water molecules. Thanks to air lines, generates sound waves where compressed air compressed inhospitable environment which sent into the Nozzle. The pressurized water sent from other lines on this sound waves, its disintegrates thanks to sound waves. Shredded water molecules provides the reduction of 80-90% how by creating smokescreen in front of the nozzle in plant.

At any stage of production does not cause cling. The reduced dust is recovered as smallest material from screen.
