Mobile Secondary Impact Crusher — M-DMK Series

The Mobile Secondary Impact Crusher gathers a feeder hopper and a secondary HSI crusher on a single chassis as a portable secondary unit towed by one truck. It accepts 0-350 mm feed, delivers 0-50 mm product and works at 40-350 t/h. It stands out in road and sub-base material production.

Working principle

The same impact principle as the primary, with a smaller inlet and closer apron, gives a more cubical product. The feeder pan has a screen plus by-pass conveyor; soil-laden fines are separated to stock before the crusher, which lowers wear. Fed by excavator/loader, or by truck with an add-on hopper.

Material and application

It is the best choice for sub-base production for road contractors and is ideal in limestone and river gravel. It accepts basalt, but at high Ai the blow-bar life shortens, so a cone/cubicizer should be considered for such duties. Blow bars: high-chrome for limestone, manganese/martensitic for river/mixed feed with metal risk. Typical reduction ~10:1.
