GNR ME1650 — Mobile (Dry) Screening Plant

The GNR ME1650 is a mobile sand screening plant rated at 120-180 tph that takes 0-100 mm run-of-mine. Its kit is limited to a sand hopper, a vibrating screen and stockpile belts, charged by loader bucket or fed by belt from an existing crushing-and-screening line. Working principle
Run-of-mine tipped into the hopper travels up the main belt onto the vibrating screen. Layering starts across the deck: fines settle to the base of the bed and drop through the aperture while oversize rides on top and spills off the end. Each fraction leaves on its own stockpile belt to a separate heap.
