Macedonia Project: A 120-180 Tonnes per Hour Stationary Crushing and Screening Line

A new project from Macedonia has joined our work in the Balkans. This stationary stone crushing and screening plant, which we assembled and started up, produces 120-180 tonnes per hour and was built as a fixed line to meet the region's demand for aggregate and construction materials.

A Fixed Line Combining Feeding, Crushing and Screening

The plant is an integrated fixed line in which the feeding, crushing, screening and conveyor transfer groups are linked together. Its 120-180 t/h capacity range comfortably covers the needs of medium-sized quarries and construction sites.

In stationary plants of this kind, primary crushing is handled by a jaw crusher, while vibrating screen groups split the material into the required sizes. Final product sizes and the line layout are decided together during the project phase.

Applications and After-Sales Support

Aggregate from the plant can be used in ready-mix concrete, asphalt, road and infrastructure projects. We provide engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and spare parts for crushing and screening systems under one roof, and design each plant's layout around material hardness and target product sizes.
