GENERAL MAKINA's Primary Jaw Crusher (140) is in the ivory coast

The stationary primary jaw crusher of the 140 size that we manufactured and shipped to Ivory Coast can reach a capacity of 500 tonnes per hour.

That tonnage band defines the rest of the line from the outset. If the primary crusher feeds 500 tonnes, the screen area, the conveyor width and the stockyard have to be built to the same scale; the slowest stage sets the real capacity of the line.

Feed opening comes before capacity.

Within the GNRK series, the choice is made by looking at the quarry rather than the table: if the largest lump of feed material does not enter the opening, the tonnage printed next to it stops mattering. That is why size distribution is discussed first at the quotation stage and target tonnage second.

In hard and abrasive rock the jaw body is preferred because it crushes by compression; in granite and basalt lines, where impact elements are consumed quickly, this is the choice that keeps cost per tonne down.
