Explicit Consent Statement

Explicit consent text covering the processing of your personal data for advertising, campaign and marketing purposes and the sending of commercial electronic messages; consent can be withdrawn free of charge at any time.

I consent to the processing of my personal data by General Makina for the purposes of carrying out advertising/campaign/promotion processes and marketing processes for products/services, to its transfer to General Makina's relevant business partners limited to this purpose; and also to commercial electronic messages being sent to me for announcements and notifications for promotional and marketing purposes.

Scope of the consent

This explicit consent is given for marketing and promotional activities only. Answering quotation requests, concluding and performing a contract, after-sales technical support and keeping invoice and accounting records rely on the other lawful bases in Article 5 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK); no consent is required for them and withdrawing this consent does not stop them.

Data processed

Identity and contact data: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country/city.
Request content: the product group you are interested in, your capacity requirement and your message.
Electronic message data: sending, delivery and open records.

Transfers

Limited to the purpose above, your data may be transferred to our e-mail delivery infrastructure providers, to our authorised dealers and business partners, and — where your request concerns a specific territory — to the relevant regional representative. Where a cross-border transfer occurs, the conditions of Article 9 of the Law apply.

Retention

Data processed for marketing purposes is kept until the consent is withdrawn; after withdrawal only the consent and opt-out records are retained, solely as evidence of compliance.

Withdrawal and your rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by writing to us through the contact page. Under Article 11 of the Law you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or erasure and to require that such action be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
